Please Stay Around.
You matter more than you know.
I didn’t always know how to ask for help.
For a long time, I carried everything on my own. On the outside, I looked fine. On the inside, I was barely holding it together.
What changed wasn’t one big moment.
It was people. It was choosing community instead of isolation. It was reaching out to professionals who knew how to help me untangle what I couldn’t on my own.
And slowly, things got lighter.
Please Stay Around exists because staying is not always easy, but it’s always worth it. No one is meant to do this alone. Strength isn’t pushing through in silence. Strength is asking for support when you need it.
If you’re here, reading this, let this be your reminder:
- You don’t have to figure everything out today
- You don’t have to carry everything by yourself
- And it’s okay to need and get help
There is nothing wrong with you for struggling.
There is nothing weak about reaching out.
You matter. Your life matters.
And there are people who want to help you stay.
